Feb 11, 2015 · Setting up a BT Infinity Hub5 to connect the Igaware Small Business Server is achieved using the DMZ function on the BT Hub interface. The trick is the ensure the Igaware is on the same subnet as the hub, so it can then seen by the hub, allowing it to be selected from the drop down list (under DMZ). Here's how to set up port forwarding: Open a new web browser on a device connected to your Hub and type 192.168.1.254 in the address bar. This will open the Hub Manager; Click Advanced Settings. Click Firewall. Enter the admin password. Unless you've previously changed it, you'll find the default password on your Hub settings card on the back Smart Setup only works on a Home Hub 4, Hub 5 and the BT Smart Hub when you connect to your Hub. It won't work if you're connected to BT Wi-fi or via mobile data (on a smartphone, for example). Check that you're connected to your Hub's network. Check which BT Hub you've got > It only fires up when you open a browser.
